Since 1987
Since 1987, Shay Gil Projects (SGP) has been one of Israel's leading real estate development and construction companies. Over nearly four decades, it has built a reputation for reliability, experience, and consistent project delivery.
Since its founding, SGP has grown from a construction contractor specializing in complex projects into a group operating across the real estate value chain—from development and general contracting to strategic investment in large-scale developments, including urban-renewal projects.

The SGP Approach
In recent years, SGP has significantly expanded its real estate development activity while preserving the construction expertise that established it as a leading contractor. Its growth strategy focuses on projects with substantial value-creation potential, combining engineering experience with rigorous financial analysis of every opportunity.
This approach, supported by AI systems integrated across operations, enables faster and more precise decision-making while maintaining the financial resilience and stability behind SGP's strong reputation.
A defining feature of SGP is its decision-making framework. Management and the professional team assess every opportunity from engineering, planning, and financial perspectives, supported by in-house AI systems used for decision support, process control, and project financial oversight.
This approach combines real estate development with financial discipline, allowing SGP to advance only projects that meet its professional and financial standards.
SGP considers construction quality integral to every project's success. Its internal quality-control system brings together engineers, site managers, finishing managers, inspection firms, and external consultants. Long-standing relationships with leading subcontractors and suppliers support consistent quality and continuous improvement.
After occupancy, SGP continues to support its clients through a dedicated warranty and customer-care department, providing responsive service throughout the warranty period and helping preserve project quality for years after completion.
Alongside its real estate development activity, SGP remains one of Israel's longest-established construction contractors. It holds the highest contractor classification, G5, and is authorized to carry out work for government ministries and the Ministry of Defense.
Decades of experience, proven construction capabilities, professional management systems, and sustained expansion into development and investment position SGP for long-term growth. By identifying opportunities, managing risk, and leading complex processes, the company continues to strengthen its standing in the industry.
