Built in the southern industrial area of Ashkelon, the area of the building is about 3,000 square meters on three floors combined with elevator shafts and stairs. The construction method combines cast concrete on site with a combination of prefabricated elements for columns, beams and ceilings, external curtain walls. The roof of the third floor is of steel construction.
