Urban renewal project at 16 Jabotinsky Street in Petah Tikva. As part of the demolition and rebuilding, 24 apartments were evacuated in two railway buildings; In their place, two buildings are planned with 67 protected housing units and a common underground parking lot. The demolition was carried out in March 2026, and the materials provided document the evacuation of the site and the start of work.
