Sapir 53–55

Demolition and reconstruction project at 53-55 Derech Sapir Street in the center of Petah Tikva. In place of the old buildings, two 10-story buildings are being erected, with approximately 69 housing units, an underground parking lot, and local commerce. The mix includes garden apartments, 2-4 room apartments and duplex penthouses, near the light rail route.
